Spiffs Position Overview:

Retrofit /changeout installation of residential and light commercial equipment, and indoor air quality products.

Hours:

Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm, with occasional overtime All Seasons Inc | Tacoma WA We are a family-owned and operated HVAC company proudly serving Tacoma and the surrounding areas with expert, reliable services. Our team has 25 years of experience in the design, installation and repair of residential and commercial heating and AC. We continually strive to provide expert heating, air conditioning, energy efficiency and indoor air quality solutions to our customers. We offer full-time, year-round work, company-paid training to obtain and maintain industry certification, including NATES, and Electrical Trainee instruction and certified hours for a 06A and 06B Licenses.

Medical Insurance 75% employer paid IRA with 3% match 80 hours of PTO accrued 6 Paid holidays Company uniform and phone Take-home vehicle and gas card What you will be doing: Residential and light commercial retrofit / changeout installs Installations include ducted and ductless equipment Installing Gas Pipe Installing Refrigeration Pipe Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints Test and balance systems Consult with customer on equipment and indoor air quality accessories Train new employees and helpers in all aspects of the installation Supervise the work of other installers, maintaining high-quality and timely job performance Qualifications / Skills Valid driver's license and insurable driving record 4 + years of residential retrofit install experience 06B Electrical License or almost ready to test for it Electrical trainee card with hours EPA Universal Certification Proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems Proficient understanding of refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting and installation of all residential and light commercial systems General knowledge of all HVAC low voltage systems Able to train and oversee a helper is ideal High school diploma or equivalent
