Since 1992, we've provided exceptional customer service and expert plumbing, heating, cooling & electrical services. We are hiring an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to lead residential installation jobs while working hands-on in the field. This role is responsible for overseeing install jobs, guiding helpers/technicians, ensuring quality workmanship, and completing installs safely and efficiently.
Start Pay Range:
$35.00 - $45.00 hourly Monthly Revenue Bonus Incentive!

Essential Duties:
Lead residential HVAC installation jobs from start to finish Install furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, ductwork, and related equipment Train and guide install helpers and junior technicians Ensure installs meet company standards, code requirements, and safety guidelines Communicate with dispatch, management, and customers as needed Maintain job documentation and ensure clean, professional job sites Assist with other duties as needed based on business demands
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years experience as a residential HVAC Installer Washington Electrical Trainee Card required 06A / 06B License preferred Valid driver's license with good driving record Strong knowledge of residential HVAC installation practices Ability to lead jobs independently Good communication and customer service skills Organized, reliable, and motivated All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, protected veteran status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other reason prohibited by applicable law.
