Job Description We're seeking an experienced Mobile HVAC Engineer to support a portfolio of commercial facilities throughout the Pacific Northwest. This is a field-based position responsible for maintaining and repairing critical building systems across 19 sites, with travel throughout the Greater Seattle area and into Portland, Oregon. As a Mobile Engineer, you'll serve as a versatile technician handling HVAC systems, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, emergency repairs, and general facility support. You'll have the independence to manage your territory while working with a team dedicated to keeping facilities operating efficiently. What You'll Do Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial HVAC systems Complete preventive maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance Respond to service requests, emergency calls, and break/fix repairs Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and recommend solutions Document work orders, maintenance activities, and service reports Support a portfolio of 19 commercial sites across the assigned territory Maintain safety and compliance standards at all times We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements Required Qualifications Washington State 06A License/Certification (fully completed and active) Hands-on commercial HVAC maintenance and repair experience Ability to service, recharge, and maintain HVAC systems Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory What We Offer Competitive compensation Company-provided service vehicle (RAM ProMaster 2500) Company-provided tools and equipment Consistent Monday-Friday schedule, typically 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Overtime opportunities available when business needs require Independence and ownership of a large, diverse territory Opportunity to support a growing commercial facilities portfolio Why Join Us?
