HVAC Lead Installer

Start Pay Range:

$30.00 - $35.00 hourly, plus

Essential Duties:

Coach, develop, and train HVAC Installation Technicians assigned to them. Coordinate, evaluate, and supervise the daily workflow of HVAC Installation Technicians assigned to them to ensure goals, standards, objectives, and policies are understood and met. Assist HVAC Installation Manager with monitoring & evaluating jobs for consistency and coaching opportunities. This is a working lead position and will hold the same duties as the HVAC Installation Technician when business needs dictate. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience as a residential HVAC installer Must have a valid Driver's License, and possess and maintain a satisfactory driving record. High-level knowledge of installation-related issues Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through ability. Highly motivated, self-starter who is flexible and has a positive attitude.
