Job Summary We are seeking a skilled HVAC Install Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping install, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires the basic understanding of HVAC systems and the ability to take instruction well and is eager to learn. The HVAC Helper will work in various settings alongside a lead, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of experience in the HVAC trade. Responsibilities Help install and maintain HVAC systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively. Help troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, including heating units, air conditioning systems, and refrigeration units. Follow the lead technicians guidance on each and every job Skills Ability to operate field service equipment safely and efficiently. 2 years of HVAC experience Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for transportation to job sites.
