Do you take pride in clean, organized installs and working alongside builders to keep projects on schedule? Area HeatingCooling, Inc. is growing and looking for skilled installers to join our Residential New Construction team. You'll work on high-quality residential homes, installing complete HVAC systems from rough-in through final startup. What We Offer Consistent WorkCareer Stability Steady, year-round residential new construction work Stable pipeline of projects with a growing company Opportunities for advancement as the company continues to expand Leadership team that values experienced installers and promotes from within ToolsSupport to Help You Succeed Company phone and tablet provided Tool account assistance Continuing education and licensing support Organized scheduling and strong communication between field and office Team-oriented environment with the resources needed to do quality work CompensationBenefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Performance SPIFF opportunities 401(k) with company match Health insurance with employer contribution Company-paid life insurance Dental and vision coverage available 2 weeks Paid vacation and sick time earned at 1 hour per 40 hours worked 6 Paid Holidays Employee and family discounts Boot allowance Responsibilities Install complete HVAC systems in newly constructed residential homes Perform rough-in installation of ductwork, refrigerant lines, gas piping, flue venting, and condensate drains Set furnaces, air handlers, heat pumps, air conditioners, and ventilation equipment Install and wire thermostats and low-voltage controls Complete equipment startup, testing, and commissioning Read blueprints, floor plans, and mechanical drawings Coordinate with builders, project managers, and other trades to keep projects on schedule Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company quality standards Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of residential new construction HVAC installation experience preferred Experience performing complete rough-in and trim installations Ability to read blueprints and construction plans Experience installing furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, air handlers, and ventilation systems Strong understanding of duct layout, airflow, and installation best practices Knowledge of HVAC codes, safety requirements, and quality installation standards Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with builders and teammates Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to producing quality work Build Your Career With Area HeatingCooling If you enjoy seeing a home come together from the ground up and take pride in delivering quality HVAC installations that last, you'll fit right in.
