HVAC Journeyman Location:
Vancouver, WA (Serving the Portland/Vancouver Metro Area)
Job Type:
Full-Time Key Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems. Lead and manage a designated team of HVAC technicians. Oversee job sites and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently. Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal team members. Perform preventative maintenance, service, and installations as needed. Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with company standards. Work independently while maintaining productivity and accountability. Systems & Equipment Experience Candidates should have experience working with: Commercial Package Units Heat Pumps VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) Systems Hydronic Systems HVAC Controls Boilers and Chillers ( highly preferred ) Qualifications Required Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Leadership experience and ability to manage technicians Excellent communication and customer service skills High level of professionalism and attention to detail Preferred 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience EPA Type II Certification Electrical License High School Diploma or equivalent Compensation & Benefits Company vehicle provided Paid Time Off (PTO) 8 Paid Holidays annually Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance ( 100% employer-paid for employee and family ) 401(k) with company match Year-end bonus opportunities Company-provided tools and uniforms Steady year-round commercial work Supportive office and field operations team
