As we grow our retrofit and replacement division, we are seeking detail-oriented HVAC Installers who take pride in craftsmanship and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Position Overview As a Retrofit Installer, you will be responsible for the complete replacement and commissioning of residential HVAC systems. You'll handle equipment removal, installation, start-up, and customer education — ensuring every system is installed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance. What You'll Do Remove, install, and commission residential HVAC systems (furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, condensers, A/C, mini splits, zoning, gas piping) Fabricate duct transitions and perform PTCS duct testing/commissioning (preferred) Wire and program thermostats; explain operation to homeowners Perform all work cleanly, safely, and in compliance with code Maintain a clean and organized jobsite and company vehicle Deliver excellent customer service and build homeowner trust Qualifications EPA Certification required 06A or 06B Electrical License 2+ years HVAC retrofit installation experience Skilled in low-voltage wiring, duct fabrication, zoning, and full system replacement Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license, clean driving record, background check, and drug screen

Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:

$30 - $45 per hour (DOE)
