HVAC Technician

HVAC Technician Advantage Mechanical Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. You'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, commissioning, and maintaining a range of commercial HVAC systems.

Requirements:

3+ years of HVAC service experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently and in a team High school diploma or equivalent EPA 608 certification Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (RTUs, MUAs, Exhaust Fans, Split Systems, Hydronics) Commission new equipment Perform routine maintenance and ensure energy efficiency Communicate repair and maintenance options to clients Maintain accurate service records
