Install, repair, maintain, and upgrade HVAC systems and equipment plant-wide to ensure optimal environmental conditions Identify repair and replacement needs proactively, preventing downtime and maintaining comfortable working conditions Work with industrial electrical systems and power distribution to support HVAC operations Handle refrigerant systems safely and in compliance with all regulations Use hand tools and test equipment properly while following all OSHA safety regulations Assist team members as needed and ensure adequate materials are available for timely job completion Determine causes of electrical failures in HVAC systems through expert knowledge of power distribution, lighting, and control equipment Champion safe operations by following all OSHA and company safety rules and procedures Work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment Live our Core Values while maintaining the highest standards of technical performance What Makes YOU the
