You'll help homeowners make informed decisions, perform high-quality workmanship, and represent our company professionally on every service call. What You'll Be Doing Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems Perform retrofit and replacement HVAC installations Complete preventative maintenance and inspections Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options Recommend solutions that best serve the customer's needs Follow Quality's proven service procedures and technology Maintain accurate service documentation Represent the company professionally in customers' homes What We're Looking For Experience diagnosing, servicing, or installing residential HVAC systems. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a union drug screening Honest work history with strong integrity Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude. Preferred EPA 608 Certification OSHA 30 CPR and First Aid certification Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities Experience with residential retrofit installations Why Technicians Choose Quality You're treated like a professional —not just another employee.
