About the Role As a Residential HVAC Installer, you will play a vital role in enhancing home comfort by executing high-quality system changeouts. You will work in a collaborative team environment, focusing on the efficient installation of furnaces and air conditioning units to ensure optimal climate control for our clients. Responsibilities Execute the removal and replacement of residential HVAC equipment, including furnaces and AC units. Install refrigerant lines, piping, and essential system components to ensure peak performance. Collaborate effectively within a two-person crew to complete daily installations safely and efficiently. Manage job-specific materials and equipment preparation to streamline the installation process. Utilize mobile technology to receive daily assignments and update project status in real-time. Contribute to a high-output field environment by supporting team members and maintaining project timelines. Ensure all installations adhere to quality standards and operational guidelines. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience in HVAC installation or related mechanical fields. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and maneuvering equipment. Strong commitment to teamwork and the ability to follow technical instructions accurately. Reliable work ethic with a focus on punctuality and professional conduct. Preferred Skills Direct experience with residential HVAC system changeouts. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical installation schematics. Experience using field service mobile applications for project management. Strong problem-solving skills to address on-site installation challenges.
