Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
To successfully perform this role, an individual must be able to carry out each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements outlined below represent the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for the position. Reasonable accommodations may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC‑R systems for commercial and industrial customers. Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components within HVAC‑R systems. Interpret work orders and carry out assigned tasks with minimal direction. Accurately enter and close work orders using the Service software platform. Operate a variety of tools, equipment, and machines necessary for daily operations. Request and requisition repair parts, materials, and equipment as needed. Perform all work in compliance with established safety procedures, company policies, and industry standards. Take on additional assignments and responsibilities as needed or requested. Consistently adhere to all safety guidelines and best practices. Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Education & Experience:
Completion of a one‑ or two‑year technical program in HVAC Service/Technology PLUS the corresponding HVAC experience required for Journeyman qualification. Must possess CFC/EPA Universal Certification. Proficient in HVAC‑R equipment and techniques, with the ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and applicable industry standards. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and emergency on‑call assignments as needed. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to represent the company professionally, ethically, and in alignment with our values and mission. Computer proficiency with the ability to learn and use a service software platform.
Other Details:
This position will support the Eau Claire, WI territory and surrounding areas. Must join Local 434 union. Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license and remain in good standing in accordance with company driving policy. All offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of all required pre‑employment screenings in accordance with Company policy.

Compensation & Benefits:
Wages and other benefits are paid in accordance with the Local 434 Chapter Collective Bargaining Agreement.
