Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and skilled residential HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the optimal operation of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and related mechanical systems. In this role, you will perform preventative maintenance across a variety of property types. Some troubleshooting required. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and comfortable environments for our customers. Duties Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, ventilation, boilers, and other mechanical equipment. Maintain equipment to ensure system reliability. Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and logs of all maintenance activities performed. Operate specialized tools such as multi-meters for electrical testing and ensure compliance with safety standards during all field service tasks. Assist with property maintenance tasks including, heating & air conditioning servicing, refrigerant handling (where applicable), and boiler operation. Drive company vehicles responsibly to various job sites while adhering to all safety regulations. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC system maintenance and repair. Proven maintenance technician experience working with HVAC/R systems, refrigeration units, boilers. Skilled in troubleshooting electrical issues using tools such as multi-meters; familiar with equipment repair techniques including soldering and braising. Experience working in residential environments is highly desirable. Mechanical aptitude combined with field service expertise; capable of working independently or as part of a team. Pay:
$26.00 - $34.02 per hour
