Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HVAC Installer with extensive experience in residential new construction, equipment replacements, and light commercial installations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can work independently or as part of a team to install heating and cooling systems that meet manufacturer specifications, local building codes, and company quality standards. Key Responsibilities Install residential HVAC systems in new construction homes, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, ventilation, and related equipment. Perform complete HVAC system change-outs and equipment replacements in existing homes. Install and modify HVAC systems for light commercial remodels and new construction projects. Read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and mechanical drawings. Fabricate, install, and seal ductwork to ensure proper airflow and system performance. Install gas piping, refrigerant lines, venting, condensate drains, and electrical connections as required. Start up and test equipment, verify system operation, and perform final quality inspections. Troubleshoot installation issues and make necessary adjustments to ensure peak performance. Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal building codes and safety regulations. Communicate professionally with builders, project managers, inspectors, and homeowners. Maintain clean, organized job sites and company vehicles. Complete installation documentation accurately and on time. Qualifications 3+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred. Strong background in residential new construction HVAC installation . Experience with light commercial remodels and new construction . Extensive experience performing complete furnace and air conditioner replacements (change-outs) . Ability to install gas furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, evaporator coils, and duct systems. Knowledge of airflow, duct design, refrigeration principles, and HVAC best practices. Ability to read blueprints and mechanical plans. EPA Universal Certification preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and confined spaces. Climb ladders and work at varying heights. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in varying weather conditions.
