We are looking for a technician who can combine high-level technical skill with a "consultative" approach—helping our customers understand repairs and start investing in their home's future if needed. The Role We are seeking a Service Technician who is as comfortable with a multimeter as they are with a conversation.

Key Responsibilities Expert Diagnostics:

Troubleshoot, maintain and repair residential HVAC systems. .

Lead Generation:

Identify and communicate "turnover" opportunities to the installation team when a system is no longer cost-effective to repair.

Customer Advocacy:

Act as a "trusted advisor," ensuring the customer never feels pressured, but always feels informed.

What We're Looking For Experience:

2+ years in HVAC service.,

Communication:

Exceptional "soft skills." You can explain complex technical issues in plain English and build immediate rapport.

Technical Savvy:

EPA Section 608 Certification is required.

Integrity:
