What You'll Be Doing Run calls alongside senior technicians — see how the work actually goes in real homes Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems (furnaces, AC, heat pumps, IAQ) Perform maintenance and service agreements Apply what you learned in school — plus pick up everything school doesn't teach Progress to running your own service calls as quickly as you can handle it Continue your education — manufacturer schools, NATE, CEUs all paid for We have a rigorous hiring process, but we move FAST for the right person. What We're Looking For Recent graduate of an accredited HVAC program (within the last 12-18 months) — current students finishing within 90 days encouraged to apply EPA 608 certification (Universal preferred — we'll help you sit for it if you don't have it yet) 0-1 years residential HVAC field experience (internships and helper roles count) Solid fundamentals on diagnostics, electrical, and the refrigerant cycle Valid driver's license and clean driving record Customer-friendly — you'll be in people's homes Able to pass a background check and drug screen Why Join Us Raises as you certify and ramp into solo calls.
