  • 5:00 PM (Overtime available when needed) What You'll Do Work side-by-side with senior installers and techs on residential and light commercial HVAC systems Learn to install, maintain, and service heating and air conditioning equipment to the highest standards Deliver a high-quality experience to every customer Keep job sites and your truck clean and organized Grow your skills every day with hands-on training and support What You Need High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with insurable driving record Ability to safely lift 75 pounds and use tools Basic safety knowledge and a strong work ethic Good written and verbal English skills 1+ year of any construction or mechanical experience is a plus•but not required If you're ready to stop just "working" and start building a real career with a family-owned company that values you, trains you, and helps you grow, Shenandoah is the place for you.
