- $150,000 annual income potential (base + commissions + SPIFFs) Medical Insurance 401(k) with up to 4% company match Paid HolidaysVacation Company vehicle, phone, and uniform Tool program Year-round work with no seasonal layoffs Schedule Monday
- Friday, full-time (overtime available when you want it) What You'll Do Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on residential heating and air conditioning systems Deliver outstanding customer service and honest recommendations on every call Work independently while being fully supported by a team that has your back Provide feedback to the Service Manager on training needs, inventory, and pricing What You Need 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience Valid driver's license with insurable driving record EPA Universal License (required) NATE certification (preferred) Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude Advanced customer service skills and a willingness to take on leadership roles If you're a skilled, dependable technician who wants top pay, excellent benefits, year-round stability, and a family-owned company that truly respects you and invests in your growth, this is the opportunity you've been looking for.
