Job Description
Job Title:
Brazer Job Description As a Brazer, you will play a key role in producing high-quality commercial HVAC equipment. You will assemble components and subassemblies, perform precise brazing operations, and complete equipment builds from basic parts to finished units, with quality inspections integrated at each step of the process. Essential Skills Proficiency in brazing operations to join metal components using various brazing techniques and materials. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics for dimensional and assembly requirements. Experience with mechanical assembly in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Skilled in using hand, power, and pneumatic tools for assembly and fabrication tasks. Capability to fabricate tubing using tube bending equipment according to technical specifications. Strong attention to detail in performing in-process checks and inspections to ensure product quality. Ability to accurately complete shop paperwork and production records. Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment and adhering to safety regulations. Additional Skills & Qualifications EPA certification related to HVAC work. Completion of HVAC schooling or formal training in HVAC systems. Brazing Certification (AWS) or equivalent recognized brazing qualification. Experience working in a commercial HVAC manufacturing or job shop environment. Comfort working in a structured, multi-building production facility with defined processes. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of York, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
