Position Summary Perform routine and preventative maintenance to ensure the safety and functionality of all company facilities, equipment, and grounds. Responsibilities
- Trouble shoot, PM and repair a variety of equipment utilizing technologies such as pneumatic, hydraulics, and electronics
- Work from manufacturers' manuals, schematics, and engineering data to ensure equipment functions as designed
- Use precision test and diagnostics equipment (ie. Mechanical gages, Electronics, and Pneumatic diagnostic equipment, etc.)
- Work on CNC machines, assembly lines including technologies with PLC's, robotics, and mechanical operations
- Complete work orders
- Participate in work groups High Performance Teams for continuous improvement
- Respond to safety concerns
- Assist manufacturing engineering in support of process improvements and project development
- All other duties assigned Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 3-5 years' experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician in a machining environment required
