Job Description

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with the Maintenance Manager and/or Facility Manager to establish a program to eliminate downtime in trouble areas Repair production equipment safely and as quickly as possible after a breakdown Work on assigned projects Fabricate and install new equipment Maintain machinery according to Preventative Maintenance Program Troubleshoot equipment Utilize safe work habits Wear appropriate PPE Comply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines, and procedures Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines, and procedures Comply with all Quality policies, guidelines, and procedures Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent Journeyman's License and/or a degree in electronics or mechanical engineering Ability to pass a drug screen & background check Ability to work overtime and shift work as required Five years experience in one or more of the following trades: Millwright, Building Maintenance, Machinist, Electrical/Electronic, Hydraulic, and Pneumatic Standing, Walking, Bending/Stooping, & Push/Pull up to 12 hours daily ​Repetitive Movement (shoveling/sweeping/fastening) up to 12 hours daily ​Lifting weights up to 50 lbs. Regularly Ability to read precision gauges Ability to use hand tools correctly and safely Ability to adapt and be cross-trained to learn all job duties as required Ability to learn technical repair and assembly guidelines and procedures Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
