Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic brewing team as a Brewery Production Lines Operator and Mechanic! In this vital role, you will be at the forefront of crafting high-quality Honey based Jun Kombucha, by ensuring smooth and efficient production processes. Your expertise will help maintain the integrity of our brewing operations, uphold safety standards, and support continuous improvement. Duties Operate and monitor brewery production lines, including brewing, fermentation, packaging, and labeling processes to ensure optimal performance. Conduct routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance on equipment such as pumps, valves, conveyors, and bottling machines to minimize downtime. Troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly, utilizing your mechanical knowledge to diagnose problems and implement effective repairs. Maintain strict sanitation standards by cleaning equipment and production areas in compliance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and food safety protocols. Handle industrial chemicals safely during cleaning and maintenance activities, adhering to safety standards for chemical handling and heavy lifting procedures. Assist with warehouse operations including loading/unloading materials, managing inventory, and supporting packaging activities. Ensure all production activities meet quality assurance standards by monitoring product consistency and documenting process parameters. Requirements Proven experience in manufacturing or food/beverage production environments, especially within the craft beer industry. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair brewing equipment efficiently. Familiarity with sanitation procedures, HACCP, CGMP, and food safety regulations. Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely while maintaining safety standards in production. Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment is preferred. Knowledge of industrial chemical handling procedures with a focus on safety compliance. Prior experience in brewing or packaging within a food industry setting is highly desirable.
