This role is critical to ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting safe, efficient operations. Qualifications Education High school diploma or GED required Technical training or certification in industrial maintenance or a related field preferred Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse maintenance role Experience maintaining industrial equipment and mechanical systems Military technical experience may be considered Technical Skills MUST have hands-on experience with: Mechanical troubleshooting and equipment repair Preventive maintenance programs (PMs) Conveyor systems and material handling equipment Hydraulics and pneumatics Gearboxes, bearings, and rotating equipment Basic electrical troubleshooting (preferred) Reading technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams Key Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on equipment Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues on conveyors, production lines, and warehouse systems Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions Install, adjust, and maintain machinery and mechanical components Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation Work closely with operations to minimize downtime and improve efficiency Additional Responsibilities Support maintenance of material handling equipment and automated systems Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively Participate in continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and OSHA guidelines Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb ladders throughout the shift Ability to work in a warehouse/manufacturing environment with noise, moving machinery, and varying temperatures Professional Skills Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Good communication and teamwork skills Self-motivated with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Work Environment & Schedule Manufacturing and warehouse setting May require overtime, weekends, or shift work based on production needs Why Join Us Stable, hands-on role in a fast-paced environment Opportunity to grow and expand technical skills Key contributor to operational success
