Job Description

About the Role As an Industrial Maintenance Specialist, you will ensure operational excellence by maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing complex manufacturing equipment. You will play a critical role in maximizing facility uptime and safety through proactive repairs and precise technical installations. Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic system failures to minimize production downtime. Execute comprehensive maintenance tasks, including the installation, calibration, and modification of industrial control systems. Interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and manuals to plan and implement efficient repair procedures. Perform precise layout, assembly, and wiring of components to ensure system reliability and performance. Conduct rigorous performance testing, including combustion and temperature surveys, to maintain operational standards. Manage equipment documentation, including maintenance logs, work orders, and calibration records to ensure compliance. Operate material handling equipment and utilize elevated work platforms safely to complete facility repairs. Qualifications Required Skills Minimum of 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Demonstrated proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and heavy equipment repair. Strong ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and diagrams. Commitment to workplace safety, reliability, and consistent attendance. Effective communication skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Preferred Skills Direct experience working with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC). Prior background in foundry or high-heat industrial operations. Advanced certification or specialized training in industrial electronics or welding.
