Perform Preventative Maintenance and assist production operators as needed with machine job set-up. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment as needed.
SHIFT:
This is a full-time position (40 hours a week). Monday-Thursday 12:00pm-10:30pm Dolphin, Inc. has met and exceeded customers' expectations in precision investment casting for over 50 years. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Other duties may be assigned:
Maintain, troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical equipment, including but not limited to, large gas fired equipment, Boilers, HVAC, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Electrical and Control systems. Develop, fabricate, install various changes to machines as needed to improve operational performance or correct operational deficiencies. Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned. Install electrical conduit, air and chilled water piping for machinery and equipment. Perform regular preventive maintenance inspections to identify and correct equipment malfunctions, repairs and replacements. Provide assistance to assemble, test, and maintain company equipment. Propose improvements to enhance equipment performance and reliability. Ability to adapt to various maintenance situations and work in all major production areas in a maintenance capacity. Maintain a professional courteous manner with all vendors, contractors, and fellow employees. Follow all company policies and procedures. Follow and ensure compliance with quality system. Full-time position requiring regular and consistent attendance. Other duties may be assigned by Management.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND EXPECTATIONS
Desired Candidate would have the knowledge and ability to maintain, troubleshoot and repair various types of industrial machines and have basic welding and fabrication skills. Read and understand electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic system prints and schematics.
Understanding of metal fabrication processes:
Sheet Metal, Machining, Welding Ability to coordinate a high level of activity under a variety of conditions and constraints. Must have knowledge and the ability to use small hand tools.
Quality:
Must be proficient in quality of work.
Quantity:
Must complete work in a timely manner.
Dependability:
Must maintain minimal response time.
Job Knowledge:
Must be able to perform duties with minimal supervision.
Personal Qualities:
Must have good working relationships with co-workers.

Must adhere to company security regulations and protection of company property. Must possess an intermediate level of computer literacy, including
