Our team transforms commercial vehicles and specialty coaches into fully finished mobile medical environments. The work combines fabrication, carpentry, cabinetry, electrical, mechanical assembly, finish work, and general construction. You do not need experience in every trade. We're looking for skilled, mechanically inclined people who take pride in their work and are interested in learning additional skills. What You'll Do Depending on your experience and the project, work may include: Interior construction and buildout of custom mobile medical coaches Framing and structural modifications Cabinetry and millwork installation Flooring, wall panels, ceilings, trim, and finish work Metal fabrication and welding Electrical components, wiring, lighting, and fixture installation Plumbing and mechanical component installation Medical and support equipment mounting Measuring, cutting, fitting, assembling, and installing materials Reading drawings, layouts, measurements, and project specifications Troubleshooting fitment and installation issues Using hand tools, power tools, fabrication equipment, and shop machinery Working with the production team to meet project specifications, quality standards, and deadlines We're Interested in
People With Experience In:
RV or trailer manufacturing/repair Automotive or commercial vehicle upfitting Metal fabrication or welding Carpentry or cabinetry Construction or remodeling Electrical Plumbing HVAC Mechanical assembly Custom or specialty vehicle fabrication You do not need experience in all of these areas. Strong experience in one or more trades combined with mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn is what we're looking for. What You'll Need Professional hands-on experience in a skilled trade, fabrication, construction, manufacturing, or similar environment Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure Experience using common hand and power tools Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to follow drawings, specifications, and instructions Dependability and ability to work effectively as part of a team Ability to safely perform the physical duties associated with fabrication and construction work Welding, electrical, cabinetry, RV, trailer, or specialty vehicle experience is especially valuable. Our coaches are custom projects, and you'll have the opportunity to work on different aspects of each build and see a project progress from an empty coach to a completed mobile medical facility. Pay:
$20.00-$28.00 per hour, depending on experience and skill set
