This position is responsible for the fabrication, repair, and maintenance of induction furnace coils and related components. The ideal candidate will have experience reading technical drawings, working with a variety of tools, and performing hands-on mechanical and fabrication tasks in an industrial environment. Key Responsibilities Fabricate, assemble, and repair induction furnace coils and associated components Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on induction heating systems Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Measure, cut, bend, braze, and assemble copper tubing and related materials Operate a variety of hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Conduct pressure testing and leak detection on coils and systems Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company policies Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production and repair deadlines Required Skills & Qualifications Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and schematics Proficiency with hand tools (wrenches, pliers, tubing cutters, etc.) Experience using power tools (grinders, drills, saws, etc.) Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Experience with metal fabrication , brazing, soldering, or welding (preferred) Basic understanding of electrical and/or induction heating systems (preferred) Ability to take precise measurements and work to tight tolerances Good communication and teamwork skills High school diploma or equivalent (technical training is a plus) Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50-75 lbs regularly Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods Must be able to work in a physically demanding industrial environment Ability to use hands and fingers repetitively for tool operation and fabrication work Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to work in varying temperatures (heat from equipment, shop conditions) Must be able to wear required PPE (gloves, safety glasses, face shields, etc.) Capable of climbing ladders or working at heights when necessary Work Environment Industrial shop setting Exposure to heat, noise, and mechanical equipment Safety-first environment with required protective equipment Preferred Experience (Not Required) Experience working with induction furnaces or power supplies Background in coil building or copper fabrication Knowledge of cooling systems and water circuits Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly wage Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) or retirement plan Paid time off
