What You'll Do Assemble custom mechanical systems and automation equipment from the ground up Install motors, actuators, sensors, and machined components Build and connect pneumatic systems (valves, tubing, actuators) Perform wire routing and cable management for clean, high-quality builds Read and work from blueprints, schematics, and drawings Use precision tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure accuracy Support troubleshooting, testing, and final equipment adjustments Assist with equipment installation when needed What You Bring (Must-Haves) At least 3 years of experience in precision mechanical assembly of industrial or automated equipment At least 3 years of experience reading and interpreting blueprints and mechanical drawings At least 3 years of experience working with pneumatics, actuators, and mechanical systems Nice-to-Have Experience Manual machining (mill and lathe) Custom machine builds or automation equipment Equipment installation or field support Debugging and startup of machinery Why This Role ✅ Work on unique, custom builds — not repetitive production ✅ Gain exposure to automation and advanced manufacturing ✅ Collaborative environment with engineering and technical teams ✅ Opportunity to expand skills and grow technically Work Environment This is a hands-on shop environment focused on building custom equipment .
