We troubleshoot, diagnose, adjust, repair, replace, fabricate, install, and maintain various industrial equipment, (such as hydraulic presses, conveyors, horizontal carousels, vertical carousels, balers, laminators, and compactors,) as well as custom equipment. If you have proficiency in some of these areas, we would like to talk with you!
Compensation:
$35-.00-38.00 hourly, based on demonstrated skills & abilities, and overtime worked. Potential Company Service Truck Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Plan 401K Service Technicians should be able to handle both Electrical and Hydraulics repair responsibilities . Install and modify electrical power circuits, including single and three-phase systems Perform operational tests on control circuits and completely troubleshoot in-use control circuits. Lay out, build, and test electrical control from schematics and line diagrams Use troubleshooting methods to repair and diagnose machine failures and perform repairs Disassemble, assemble, remove, and install hydraulic components, and systems Disassemble and assemble, pistons, vanes, gear pumps, and motors
Service Technician Proficiencies Needed:
Mechanical assembly/fabrication Mechanical maintenance & repair of unfamiliar equipment Electrical control assembly and troubleshooting Metal fabrication & welding Hydraulic & Pneumatic troubleshooting & installation experience Plumbing experience including welded & threaded piping, copper sweat-fitting plumbing & glued piping systems.
Requirements:
Current Drivers License and DMV report Pass a drug screening Available for Unscheduled Overtime Reliable Transportation Excellent customer service skills Able to work effectively as a 1-person crew Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write clearly and detailed work orders Valid local driver's license/insurable Fluent in English Equal Opportunity Employer Veterans Encouraged to Apply
