The Maintenance Mechanic I is responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations. This role requires a strong mechanical background, basic electrical knowledge, and the ability to accurately measure, adjust, and maintain equipment performance. SS E N T I A L F UNC T I O N S

: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and facility systems Assist with basic electrical tasks (wiring, replacing switches, sensors, and motors) under supervision if needed. Troubleshoot equipment failures to minimize downtime Perform accurate measurements and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal equipment performance Maintain and repair conveyors, motors, pumps, and other production equipment Follow all safety procedures and ensure compliance with company standards Document maintenance work using basic computer systems Asist other mechanics and electricians Support production lines when needed
