Job Responsibilities Assemble electrical and mechanical components according to blueprints, work instructions, and engineering drawings. Build and route wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and electrical subassemblies. Perform wire cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, and termination as required. Install connectors, terminals, relays, switches, and other electrical components. Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment to complete assemblies. Conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and company standards. Troubleshoot and resolve basic assembly and wiring issues. Maintain accurate production records and documentation. Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing best practices. Keep workstations clean, organized, and efficient. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous experience in electrical assembly, wire harness assembly, cable assembly, or electromechanical manufacturing preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings. Experience using measuring tools and basic electrical testing equipment. Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic understanding of manufacturing quality standards. Soldering experience is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods. Frequently lift up to 25 pounds; occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance. Perform repetitive hand movements and fine motor tasks. Pay Details:
