Our client, a leading avocado and fresh produce distribution company, is looking for a Maintenance Associate to join their team in Santa Paula, CA . In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production machinery and equipment to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations in a fast-paced agricultural processing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machines and equipment throughout the shift Diagnose and repair electrical components and controls including 24-volt electrical systems Utilize hand and power tools to perform mechanical repairs and adjustments Perform preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times Report equipment issues and repair needs to management promptly

Requirements:

1-2 years of maintenance mechanic experience required Knowledge of 24-volt electrical systems required Ability to diagnose and repair electrical components and controls Strong mechanical skills with experience using hand and power tools
