Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Mechanic to join our team in Union City. This position plays a key role in maintaining equipment reliability and supporting efficient production in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with food manufacturing machinery and production systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment (motors, conveyors, pumps, hydraulics). Diagnose issues and perform preventive maintenance. Work on food manufacturing machines such as processing, packaging, and production line equipment. Read blueprints and technical manuals. Install and align machinery while following food safety standards. Follow safety procedures and minimize downtime.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred Experience in industrial or mechanical maintenance (food manufacturing preferred) Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems
Skills:
Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills Attention to detail Ability to work independently or on a team
Working Conditions:
Industrial/food production environment with physical labor, noise, and varying shifts
Pay Rate:
Pay rate is $35- $40/hr Day hours: 6:00am to 2:30pm
Third Shift:
