You'll troubleshoot complex equipment, support custom builds and retrofits, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a clean, climate‑controlled facility designed for precision and innovation.

Monday-Thursday OR Monday-Friday Job Description:
Review production orders and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and alignment with build requirements Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues and perform detailed root‑cause analysis Build, retrofit, and execute change orders for automated and custom machinery Apply PLC knowledge to support equipment performance, upgrades, and modifications Use CAD tools and interpret electrical schematics to assist with design and troubleshooting Partner with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to drive successful project execution Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of hands‑on electrical troubleshooting experience, including reading and interpreting schematics Strong mechanical assembly skills and experience with industrial or automated equipment Experience in preventive maintenance, equipment repair, and blueprint interpretation Mechanical assembly skills can be developed on the job, but prior experience is a plus Experience in automation, packaging, or custom equipment environments is highly desirable Familiarity with PLCs, CAD, and electro‑mechanical systems is a strong advantage
