This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with machinery, troubleshooting equipment, and wants long-term stability with a company that values hard work and a positive attitude. Whether you're an experienced industrial mechanic or mechanically inclined and eager to learn, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do Perform preventative maintenance on plant equipment Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, production equipment, and automated systems Assist with robotics and welding equipment maintenance Operate forklifts, loaders, and other material handling equipment Keep equipment running safely and efficiently Work closely with the maintenance team to minimize downtime Schedule First Shift 6:00 AM
  • 4:00 PM Overtime available Pay & Benefits $40
  • 45/hour depending on experience Annual earnings of $100,000
  • 150,000+ with overtime Full benefits package Performance bonus paid twice per year 401(k) with company match (up to 5%) No personal tools required Direct Hire and Temp-to-Perm opportunities available What We're Looking For Mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic Experience with industrial maintenance, conveyors, manufacturing equipment, welding, robotics, or plant maintenance is a plus OSHA 10 is preferred but not required Ability to work safely in an industrial manufacturing environment Reliable, dependable, and eager to learn If you're looking for a stable career with excellent earning potential and a company willing to invest in the right people, we'd love to hear from you.
