This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on mechanical professional who enjoys diagnosing, rebuilding, and repairing industrial pumps and rotating equipment in a stable, long-term environment.

DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY

What You'll Do Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble industrial pumps and rotating equipment Diagnose mechanical failures and troubleshoot performance issues Perform precision measurements to ensure proper tolerances and alignment Interpret work orders, blueprints, and repair specifications Replace bearings, seals, shafts, impellers, couplings, and related components Work collaboratively with operations, production, and quality teams Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Pump Mechanic, Rotating Equipment Mechanic, Millwright, or similar industrial mechanical role Experience with centrifugal pumps, end suction pumps, gearboxes, motors, compressors, or rotating equipment preferred Strong troubleshooting and mechanical diagnostic skills Ability to use precision measuring tools and mechanical hand tools High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Requirements Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
