Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Maintenance Specialist (Mandarin bilingual required) to join our team. Responsibilities:

Perform daily maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment, including machinery and automation systems, to ensure optimal operation. Quickly identify equipment faults and complete effective repairs to minimize operational downtime. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance according to scheduled plans to ensure equipment stability and long-term performance. Maintain accurate repair records and maintenance history, and report equipment performance to management. Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth equipment and system operations. Assist with equipment upgrades, modifications, assembly, and disassembly projects. Follow all safety protocols and procedures during maintenance and repair activities to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

Mandarin Chinese fluency is required. Candidates who do not speak Mandarin will not be considered. At least 1 year of experience in mechanical equipment maintenance, with the ability to independently perform repairs and troubleshoot equipment issues. Solid understanding of mechanical systems, equipment structures, and maintenance procedures. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Proficient in using maintenance tools and equipment. Ability to perform mechanical assembly and disassembly. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Good communication skills. GED or high school diploma required. A mechanical, engineering, or related educational background is preferred. Ability to work flexible shifts and respond to emergency repair requests.
