Industrial Mechanical Technician

You'll work directly with the Engineering Manager and be expected to help keep the shop running right — not just turn wrenches and go home. What You'll Be Doing:

Rebuilding and servicing industrial machinery Assisting the Shop Foreman with all daily operations Checking completed work to make sure it's done right Making sure the shop stays clean, organized, and safe Helping with shipping & receiving (UPS, FedEx, freight) Operating a forklift (or willing to get certified) Stepping in wherever needed to keep the day moving forward

Willing to take ownership and hold others accountable Comfortable with responsibility No welding or machining experience required Must supply your own tools Must keep the shop area clean and organized.

If you see a problem, you fix it or delegate to someone who can. If something isn't done right, you address it. We're offering $26-$28/hour for the right person to start — someone dependable, hardworking, and ready to grow. There will be overtime opportunities and performance reviews during the year. the first performance review will be at 90 days. Applicants may be subjected to a written questionnaire regarding their mechanical abilities and knowledge.

Pay:

$26.00 - $28.00 per hour
