Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our client's production team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of high-speed liquid bottling and packaging lines. You will perform emergency repairs, routine preventative maintenance, and system upgrades within a food-safe manufacturing environment. Qualifications 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience (food/beverage industry preferred). Technical degree or equivalent certification in Mechatronics or Industrial Maintenance. $58,240 - $64,480 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 7
PMeducation:
High SchoolResponsibilities Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic machinery. Maintain high-speed liquid filling, capping, and labeling equipment. Execute scheduled preventative maintenance (PM) work orders. Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, and automated control systems. Fabricate and weld replacement parts or system components. Document all repairs and parts usage within the CMMS. Ensure compliance with food safety (SQF/GMP) and OSHA standards. Minimize production downtime through rapid emergency response. Monitor equipment performance for efficiency and safety. Collaborate with production and sanitation teams for line transitions.
