This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day completion of production work orders, quality testing and accuracy of paperwork associated with these tasks. This individual will also support continuous improvement in all areas of the business with a focus on safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency consistent with Lean manufacturing principles. This is an on-site role at our location in Duluth, GA.
Requirements:
Execute and complete machine production work orders accurately, to a strict quality standard and on schedule, while also being able to prioritize jobs based on current business requirements. Perform troubleshooting and repair of components identified as faulty during the manufacturing process to maintain an efficient workflow, and documenting issues to aid in root cause analysis and continuous improvement. Recommend and implement changes to work areas and processes for improved efficiency, safety, and quality. Assemble or configure items for sales kits that do not require a work order, ensuring all parts are of acceptable quality Performing modifications to stock machines as needed. Will perform additional duties as needed.
