Your mission Champion the design, deployment, and long-term sustainment of mechanical, thermal, hydraulic, and heat-transfer systems—plus the interfaces that connect machines, hardware, and software—so our processes run smoothly and scale confidently. How you'll make an impact Lead builds that match intent: Direct and coordinate fabrication and installations to meet engineering designs and specifications.
Engineer for flow:
Partner with planning and design on equipment and tooling choices that streamline operations.
Select the right tech:
Collaborate with vendors, define specs, purchase equipment/materials/parts, and evaluate against quality standards.
Validate before you execute:
Research proposals, specs, and manuals to confirm feasibility for our applications.
Forecast capability:
Use statistical methods to estimate equipment capacity for future mold repair demands.
Design across domains:
Create instruments, controls, robots, engines, machines, and integrated mechanical systems.
Guide teams:
Plan and direct engineering personnel fabricating control apparatus and developing methods and procedures.
Maximize uptime:
Coordinate operation, maintenance, and repair activities for optimum machine utilization.
Integrate systems:
Build solutions that seamlessly connect machines with hardware and software.
Eliminate failure modes:
Evaluate installations and recommend design changes to remove malfunctions. What we're looking for Must have an Engineering Degree. Must have Manufacturing Experience. Must have 2+ management experience to direct a group of machinists.
You should be proficient in:
Bachelor's Degree. Other duties may be assigned.
