Job Description

We are currently seeking dependable, detail-oriented Mechanical Assembly & Warehouse Associates to join our team in Winder, GA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for permanent employment based on performance, attendance, and business needs. In this role, you will be responsible for disassembling, cleaning, rebuilding, and reassembling hot melt machines , along with supporting general warehouse operations. Candidates with mechanical assembly/disassembly experience , strong attention to detail, and experience using hand tools are highly encouraged to apply. ?

Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Job Responsibilities Disassemble, clean, rebuild, and reassemble hot melt machines Perform mechanical assembly and disassembly using hand tools Complete general warehouse and material handling duties Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and required training Support continuous process improvements to meet customer and company expectations Inspect completed work to ensure product quality standards are met Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow and safety compliance Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds Ability to stand or sit for extended periods while performing repetitive tasks Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with precision Experience using hand tools is required Mechanical aptitude and previous assembly/disassembly experience are strongly preferred Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required Previous mechanical assembly, equipment repair, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Why Join Our Team? $20.00 per hour Monday-Friday schedule with weekends off Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential Stable, full-time hours Team-oriented work environment Apply Today! Pay Details:
