is HIRING! Electrical & Mechanical Assembly Technician Do you have experience with electrical systems and machinery assembly? We're looking for a skilled team member to handle the assembly and routing of electrical systems, as well as troubleshoot both electrical and mechanical systems. If that sounds like you, we want you on our team!
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Oversee the assembly and routing of electrical systems from schematics. Resolve personnel issues and manage day-to-day team operations within the department. Serve as the liaison between machine assembly and other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow. Lead safety meetings and promote a safety-first culture. Ensure workflow continuity by providing clear directions, assigning duties, and ensuring materials are available for task completion. Weld structural components according to blueprints and specifications. Meet established production and quality standards while assembling machinery and routing hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Demonstrate leadership qualities and provide support to the team. Ensure the team has the resources needed to build quality machinery. Adhere to company attendance, safety, and personnel policies. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Ability to read and understand electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics. Strong electrical and robotics aptitude. Ability to read drawings and AWS weld symbols. Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication of whole numbers/fractions). Knowledge of overhead crane operation and use. Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams and customer service departments. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Ability to work well under shifting priorities and meet deadlines. Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate and lead by example. Strong housekeeping habits and strict adherence to safety procedures.
