Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Employee to join our manufacturing team. This role involves supporting various production processes within a fast-paced factory environment, ensuring quality and efficiency in daily operations. The ideal candidate will have experience working in manufacturing settings, familiarity with assembly lines, and mechanical aptitude to operate and maintain equipment effectively. Schedule Assigned to a 12 hour rotating swing shift crew Responsibilities Operate manufacturing equipment, including assembly lines and power tools, following safety protocols and standard procedures Assist with the assembly of products using hand tools and mechanical knowledge Use forklifts and warehouse experience to move materials and finished goods within the facility Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote safety and efficiency Support maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or troubleshooting mechanical issues on equipment Follow safety guidelines at all times, including proper handling of tools and machinery Skills Proven experience in a manufacturing or factory environment, preferably with assembly line work Mechanical knowledge related to factory equipment and machinery operation Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is a plus Experience with hand tools, power tools, and assembly processes Warehouse experience for material handling and inventory management Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy materials, and perform manual tasks efficiently This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with manufacturing or warehouse experience seeking a stable role in a dynamic environment. Pay:
