The hiring range for this role is $27.25-$38.25 per hour , and your actual base pay within that range will depend upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skill set, and level of experience. Successful candidates will work in our modern food processing production facility located in Osceola, Iowa, and enjoy competitive wages along with a comprehensive benefits package. Vacancies are typically on 2nd or 3rd shift with opportunities for overtime. Some vacancies may include a 3/2/2 rotating schedule working 12 hour shifts as well as 8 hour shifts. Specific schedules will be discussed during the interview process. Base pay is one part of our total compensation package.
Responsibilities:
Perform proactive and reactive maintenance on all production equipment, buildings, and grounds Use knowledge and skill to produce equipment and modify existing equipment to meet the needs of the production teams Perform the necessary work with a minimum of direct supervision to identify and solve problems Use communication skills to keep Team Leaders, Maintenance Engineers and fellow team members informed of their progress Practice safe working procedures in accordance with safety policies of Osceola Food, LLC Performs other tasks as assigned by management
Minimum Qualifications:
