JOB SUMMARY A
lead installer serves the clients of the company by expertly servicing, repairing, and replacing plumbing systems.
JOB DUTIES
Utilizes Straight Forward Pricing (including all company approved forms) correctly on each call Tests each aspect of the job before leaving a home to make sure everything is working properly. Ensures the job was indeed completed correctly and eliminates unnecessary callbacks after the job is finishe Ensures clients are 100% satisfied with all work Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving Provide an engaging customer experience
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Lead/Master Plumbers are considered senior level and typically operate their own truck Each franchise location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee. The franchisee sets their own compensation and benefits. All inquiries about employment, benefits, scheduling and compensation at this franchise should be made directly to the franchise location, and not to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Corporate.
