The company is a well-established industrial services provider specializing in heavy equipment rigging, millwright services, and machinery installation, maintenance, and dismantling for industrial and manufacturing facilities. Morning shift, $19.00 to $20.00 Job Description Assist millwrights and mechanics with the installation, alignment, and removal of industrial machinery and equipment Support rigging operations including the safe lifting, moving, and positioning of heavy equipment and components Help disassemble and reassemble mechanical systems during scheduled plant shutdowns Use hand and power tools to assist with mechanical repairs and equipment servicing Transport tools, parts, and materials to and from work areas as directed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the project Follow all site safety protocols and support the crew in meeting project deadlines What We're Looking For Prior experience as a mechanical helper, millwright helper, or in a similar industrial/maintenance support role preferred Ability to work with hand and power tools and follow mechanical instructions accurately Comfortable working in an industrial plant environment, including physical labor and standing/lifting for extended periods Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work well within a team Must be available to start immediately and work mornings, with flexibility for overtime as needed
