We are looking for candidates at various experience levels—from hands-on manufacturing and machine operation to training, team leadership, and production supervision. We will be hosting a scheduled Hiring Event on 9/03/26 from 9:00am to 2:00pm at our facility. This event is by appointment only. Candidates must apply and be selected for an interview. $15.00 per hour Peak season schedule may vary. Position Summary The Mechanical Engraving Production Department creates beautiful, personalized gifts for our customers. Manufacturing Associates support production line operations by using engraving equipment to personalize each unique product. This hands-on role involves inspecting products, loading and unloading fixtures, operating machinery, monitoring quality, and adhering to all PMall safety guidelines and standards. Key Responsibilities Produce goods in accordance with company guidelines Operate mechanical engraving equipment, including Gravotech rotary engraving machines Load and unload fixtures and materials Prepare materials for production Read and match item labels to customer requests Accurately match colors, text, and products Continuously inspect and monitor product quality Perform cleaning and minor maintenance on production equipment Troubleshoot basic equipment issues Report equipment malfunctions or quality concerns Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company policies and safety regulations Qualifications Previous machine operator experience preferred Manufacturing or light production experience Strong attention to detail Understanding of basic quality control concepts Basic troubleshooting skills Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours) and perform hands-on work throughout the shift Experience with Gravotech or Newing-Hall rotary engraving equipment highly desirable Bilingual English/Spanish preferred 2. Position Summary The Manufacturing Associate II combines hands-on production responsibilities with training and team support within the Mechanical Engraving Department. This position serves as a point of contact for new, temporary, and full-time associates, helping answer questions, demonstrate job methods, maintain organized and properly supplied work areas, and communicate workflow information between associates and department leadership. Key Responsibilities Instruct and support new, temporary, and full-time associates Demonstrate proper job methods and production processes Assist with tracking orders to support timely customer fulfillment Keep the Supervisor updated on workflow throughout the shift Provide appropriate feedback regarding team member performance Foster positive and cooperative working relationships Communicate with Quality Control regarding rejected products Coordinate with Operations regarding additional material needs Replenish and request supplies for assigned areas Help maintain organized, supplied, and operational workstations Reinforce safety, PPE, cleanliness, attendance, and punctuality expectations Perform hands-on Mechanical Engraving production responsibilities as needed Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required Related manufacturing or production experience and/or training Solid understanding of production processes Ability to instruct, train, mentor, or support team members Strong communication and organizational skills General mathematical ability Basic Windows-based computer skills Familiarity with workplace safety procedures Bilingual English/Spanish preferred 3. Position Summary The Manufacturing Lead serves as a key point of contact and hands-on leader within the Mechanical Engraving Department. This position helps train and motivate associates, communicates workflow information between department leadership and production staff, and supports daily production goals. The Manufacturing Lead works closely with the Supervisor to help keep the department organized, properly supplied, productive, and aligned with established quality, safety, and performance expectations. Key Responsibilities Train and motivate new, temporary, and full-time staff Provide workflow updates to the Department Supervisor Provide constructive feedback regarding team performance Address and report personnel conflicts or concerns Stay current on department processes, procedures, and training methods Effectively communicate information and expectations from management to the production team Manage and replenish supplies for the department or assigned area Help maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment Reinforce PPE and department safety requirements Support associates with questions, job methods, and production processes Help maintain productivity and workflow throughout the shift Perform assigned department tasks as directed by the Supervisor Support hands-on Mechanical Engraving production as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 6 months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Production and/or warehouse experience preferred Mechanical engraving experience preferred Training or lead experience preferred Strong training and communication skills Ability to motivate and support team members Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Basic mathematical skills Basic proficiency with Windows-based computer applications Demonstrates initiative and willingness to learn and grow Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Flexibility required during peak periods when the facility may operate 24/7 4. This role helps ensure products are completed consistently, efficiently, safely, and according to established quality and customer service standards. The Assistant Supervisor provides hands-on leadership to production staff, monitors workflow and department performance, supports training and staffing needs, and helps maintain a productive and positive work environment.
