Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance with the ability to analyze and maintain various mechanical systems. This role requires proficiency in understanding of mechanical schematics and repairs. The Mechanical Technician will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of equipment and machinery, contributing to overall operational efficiency. The role is primarily responsible for diagnosing and repairing any robots that are returned to us with faults or defects. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a multitude of robots. Utilize tools such as voltmeters to diagnose issues and ensure proper functionality of machinery. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot mechanical problems and implement effective solutions. RMA verification - Testing RMA parents from customer to determine if replacement was valid or not Provisioning and deprovisioning units as they come in as needed Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used. Experience Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with autonomous robots and their schematics. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess mechanical issues effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
